The Institute

Dear friend,

Welcome to the portal of the Agrobiotechnology Institute (IdAB). IdAB is a joint center with the Universidad Pública de Navarra, the Scientific Research Council and the Government of Navarra. Since its founding in July 1999, our Institute aims to be a reference in the field of agro-productivity and agro-health. The main research fields are related to biochemistry and molecular biology of infectious processes and immune response, the use of organisms as bio-factories and the metabolism and genetics of plants, bacteria and animals.
